Full disclosure: I love pizza. If I was told that for the rest of my life, my meals would alternate between sushi and pizza, I would be ecstatic. So, I am obviously super amped for Vegan Pizza Day. I'm still trying to decide if I want to eat only pizza that day, or just focus on one meal, but I will definitely be participating.
